Refresher Course - 1 Day
Aims
It is recommended by the Health & Safety Executives Approved Code of Practice that experienced certified operators periodically attend a course of refresher training. It is generally recognised within the industry that refresher training should be undertaken every 3 years. The Workplace Transport Safety Document states that refresher training should be undertaken every 3 to 5 years depending on the risks.
- Update on new legislation and operating standards
- Pre-Operational Checks
- Remedial training - where required
- Adequate supervised practice
- Both Written and Practical test
8.30am Start - Approx 4.00pm Finish
The Candidate will need to bring:
- PROOF of PREVIOUS CERTIFICATION IS NEEDED
- Everything is provided on the course
What does the Candidate receive?
- A Certificate of Basic Training and Wallet Card that is nationally recognised by all employers - on successful completion of the course
